Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every facility gets a free trial to test ShotReceipt with their setup before committing to a plan.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

We never charge overage fees. If you hit a limit, you'll be notified and can upgrade your plan at any time. Existing recordings are never affected.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Do guests need to create an account?

No. Guests can view recordings via share links or QR codes without any account. If they want a personal dashboard, they can sign in with a magic link — no password needed.

What does "pooled billing" mean?

Enterprise operators can share a single plan across all their facilities instead of paying per-location. Usage limits are aggregated across the entire organization.
